Most people are shooting in the dark when it comes to mastering movement, when someone has a medical problem he knows to go to the doctor or if you want to bake a cake you know to go to get the recipe from someone that actually knows what he’s doing, But when it comes to movement many people are trying to reinvent the wheel and learn everything by trial and error this way they get constantly injured because of their blind spots and their lack of experience.
That’s where Dan come in, with Dan you are going to get the process that fits you the best, and you will have Dan in every step of the way to know which “turns” you need to take. This way you no longer going to be shooting in the dark.
How does it work?
At the first stage you are going to get a few basic Movements and postures to perform, based on that Dan will analyze your skill level and your body condition and build for you a personal training program, that will take you from where you are at to where you wanna be.
We’re going to improve all the fitness components: strength, mobility, flexibility balance and your overall freedom of motion.
Dan will be there in every step of the way, every 2 weeks or based on your progress you’ll get a new program and you’ll have the excess to ask Dan questions during the week regarding the exercises and the movements.
