  • An initial two-hour face to face zoom meeting with your specialized coach. we will build a nutrition menu and training plan using my revolutionary method and according to your body structure, your visual preferences, your psychological background, and your current body fat percentage and muscle mass

  • we film you executing all your program exercises. using your own phone while we correct you until you reach the perfect form.

  • 2 follow up meetings per month. Every two weeks we will meet without exception to adjust your strength and nutrition programs if needed! don't be late

  • WhatsApp consultation at any time, we will be there for you in case you have any question

  • no matter what you will reach your goal. I don't let any of my clients slip. I guarantee you will get the body that you want.

The method


Most people unlike professional bodybuilders don’t want to be obsessed with fitness and nutrition. They just want to live their lives and be in a good shape.

My approach is design exactly for that.

My approach involves consuming 2-3 filling and satisfying meals per day, as opposed to constantly snacking and feeling unsatisfied.

Additionally, instead of spending endless hours at the gym, my method calls for only 2-3 strength training sessions per week, without incorporating cardio.

While it may seem logical that increasing the amount of training will yield better results, this is not always the case in the fitness world. It's crucial to understand when to allow the nervous system to rest in order to continue making progress towards your goals.
